Washington DC: Sudan Rights Activists Speak Out on Darfur – Despite the Snow
As the International Criminal Court ruled that Sudan President Omar al-Bashir may be charged with genocide, Damanga, Sudan human rights activists, and their supporters rallied in Washington DC at the Capitol and the White House on February 3, 2010. The Sudan human rights activists supporters called for the U.S. Congress, President Obama, and Vice President Biden to do more to end the genocide in Darfur and Sudan.
