We are an all-volunteer organization and are looking for more volunteers. We welcome all whether you can contribute a couple of hours, a day or two per week, or more. Event Planning and Logistics

• Develop ideas for educational and other public events
• Identify and obtain venues
• Assist in obtaining any necessary permits
• Work with vendors, speakers, artists (as relevant to an event)
• Identify and coordinate event volunteers
• Event publicity

Fundraising

Develop and implement a fundraising strategy for the coalition, including written materials and web and social media strategy. Train coalition leaders to be effective fundraisers.

Maintain Email List

Help maintain and grow our email list.

Media Relations

Develop a strategy with local media for the coalition, including identifying and cultivating contacts, and seeking coverage of people and events.

Photographer

Document events, edit photos for presentation, and upload to internet.

Tabling

Attend related events and represent the SFBADC by tending our table or booth and handing out materials.
